[HELP] Kecepatan transfer data hard disk turun jadi cuma 1.0 MB/S

Gan, ane punya problem dengan HDD eksternal ane...

Dulu kecepatan transfer datanya 20-30 MB/s,, tapi sekarang jadi cuma 1.0 MB/s..

transfer data 1Gb aja lamanya minta ampun, bisa sampe setengah jam...

Agan2 ada yg pernah ngalamin problem kek gini ga?

Kira2 gimana solusinya?
