• Maintain & Develop recruitment materials
• Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports
• Designs recruitment advertisements
• Making and Receiving calls
• Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels
• Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress
• Other HR administrative functions.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology, Human Resources or Law
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s
• Having experience in conduct Psychological assessment & scoring
• Competent in Recruitment & Selection (Sourcing Strategy, Recruitment Tools, Behavioral Interview)
• Able to work underpressure!
• Full-Time position(s) available.
