klo fup abis, contoh klo make teklomset
kan jadi 64 kbps, kecepatan donloding paling cuman 3 kb/s
yah mayan bisa di setting jadi 10an lah :D
fungsi sebenernya dari proxy kan, buat hide ip asli biar bisa akses ke situs tertentu cmiiw
tapi bisa buat menyingkat tracert ip kita biar lebih singkat uploading yang sama aja fungsinya kayak browsing ke situs tertentu tsb

emang make ISP apa om? mungkin bisa dibantu :D

klo xp coba ini, mungkin klo make default udah dishape segala macem dari sononya
set network koneksi baru
caranya start -> Setting -> Network Connection -> New Network Connection -> next" aja trus -> pilih connect internet -> set manually -> connect using dial up modem -> isi ispnya (ex telkomsel,3data dll) -> isi dial up number (ex*98#, *99*111# dll -> isi username dan pass seperti biasa

kalo dikasihnya 64 kbit ya ga bakal muluk segono
pasti terlalu dibawah dari 64 kbit, ya begitu lah pkoknya cmiiw
