Koin tersebut dibeli pada pelelangan di Wina pada hari Jum’at. Koin emas ini dibuat dengan 99.999% emas murni (solid). Koin dengan berat 100 kg itu adalah satu dari 5 koin Maple Leaf Royal Canadian Mint yang pernah di buat. Koin ini awalnya diluncurkan oleh Royal Canadian Mint pada tahun 2007 untuk memperkenalkan fasilitas produksinya dan kemudian masuk dalam Guinness Book of Records untuk rekor koin emas terbesar di dunia. |
